The Company:

Great Wall TCM has its long establishment of practice in the Traditional Chinese Medicine industry, now managed by the 2nd generation young successor. It is well-recognised for its bespoke treatments for fertility and pain management, including a team of well-trained Customer Care Consultants. 

The Position:

The Customer Care Executive must be customer-oriented and process-driven. Specifically, this executive must believe in our Care and Connect culture – that shapes our behavior and enable our executive provides a personalize customer service delivery for our patients.

The Responsibility:

Our dedicated TCM Clinic Customer Care Executive shall be responsible in the following (but not limited to):

–  Ensure daily operations of our Premium Centre are efficiently run.

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle patients enquiry
  • Arrange and schedule patients’ appointments
  • Ensure medicine dispensary is accurate
  • Ensure patients’ record management are properly maintained
  • Ensure customer’s needs are met and respond on time

 

–  Ensure the cleanliness of the clinic at all times

–  Ensure stock taking are accurately managed

–  Work closely with therapists and physicians and support whenever necessary

–  Run clinic projects whenever required

The Job Requirement:

Work hours: 10am to 2pm and/or 4pm to 8pm (weekday), 10am to 5.30pm (1 weekend)

Work day: 4 or 5 days (We do not work on PH).
